One programme: a £15m multi-site build, every site months behind schedule and scope creep across the board. I brought it back on time and on budget, then turned two vendors' £500k proposals into free proof-of-concept builds, avoiding around £1m of spend while still proving the case for the wider rebuild.
Another: a platform close to being written off. Once stabilised, its annual revenue grew from roughly £1m to £10m.
